First Day of K-4 - he lost his excitement after 10 minutes!

First Day of 4th grade

Hard at work- First Day of 2nd grade

We started school on Monday and will work all week (the weekend too) and then the following week we move, so the kids will get most of that week off.  I can't wait till we get in our new house and get the school room set up.  This will be our 3rd year homeschooling and it will be our first year with a whole room dedicated to school only- I am looking forward to painting a wall with the chalkboard paint!

While at Nana's last week, little man was bitten by a bug, not once but 3 times above the eye.  I finally had to take him to the Dr. due to the swelling near his eye.  He seriously looked like the character on The Hunchback of Notre Dame.  After 3 days I am glad to say it went back to normal.

I found a huge clearance section in my local Target and the small packages of Pet shops were $1.48! The bigger sets I found a buy one get one free coupon!  Since Mom scored big in the savings, M was overloaded with Pet shops!

The kids helped my parents on Sunday clean up the yard.  They had a blast collecting pine cones and driving the tractor.
