Warmables - Review

With school right around the corner, I have the perfect solution to all those back to school lunches.  This year instead of packing your child a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, you can send them to school with a delicious home cooked hot meal, using Warmables.

Warmables is a highly effective heat source consolidator; that keeps food warm for 4-6 hours.  Warmables was created by parents,Yvonne and Julian, who wanted their son to be able to take a warm, nutritious lunch to school.  After many practice tests they finally succeeded and Warmables was born.  Now parents around the globe can send their child to school packed with a warm lunch.

What is included:
  • Warmables Pouch
  • BPA-free food container- that does not leak, and holds up to 16 oz.
  • Cherry Pit bag for long lasting heat

How it Works:

1) Fill provided plastic container with food.

2) Heat THOROUGHLY. REALLY!

3) Heat cherry pit bag thoroughly, making sure NOT to burn pits. Depending on your microwave this will take 45-90 seconds. Heat in 30 second intervals, shake and repeat until hot.

4) Put plastic container and cherry pit bag inside the WARMABLES pouch and seal.

5) Put WARMABLES pouch in your child’s INSULATED lunch box (metal and plastic boxes will not allow WARMABLES to consolidate heat and keep food warm).

This is really a great way to pack your child's lunch.  No more cold sandwiches!  Great for those children who are picky eaters, and a cost saver too, no more buying school lunches!  Think of all the times you can send your child a warm lunch or dinner - after school practices, sport games, on the go outings, field trips, the possibilities are endless.
I think my only complaint is the size of the Warmables bag, I may need to buy a larger lunch bag for it all to fit, but other than that I think it is a marvelous idea!

You can purchase your Warmables for kids kit for $29.95 plus $5.70 shipping.  The Warmables for the office kit is $37.95 plus $7.50 shipping.

***Disclaimer*** I was not paid for this post.  I was sent a sample product free of charge.  This in no way influenced my opinion and all statements made are my opinion and your may differ.  Thank you to the Warmables company for the review product.

That is awesome!! I was thinking I needed something like this for my daughter so she wouldn't be doomed to sandwiches everyday. Thanks!
