I am super busy with some family stuff, I will share about it soon! But I have one question for you all.
Which would you choose~ A new house or a pre-owned house?
I'd love to design my own house. However, My brother owns a construction business and my dad probably could if he wanted to (he's very handy also) so I've always thought that it'd be awesome to buy a house and gut it, then build the walls and still design it yourself, but it'd be so much cheaper than paying to build the entire house on your own.

If money was no object...I would build my own house for sure.
